Elevating the Student Experience
At Country Day Montessori, we offer an extensive range of opportunities, programs, and events for our students. We value the individual needs of our students and invest in their education and learning experience by providing the tools necessary for success.
Supplemental Programs and Offerings at Country Day
To enhance the student experience, we provided hands on programs for art, reading, writing, and physical education. Additionally, our school has Montessori trained Quality Control Analyst that rotates Montessori materials specific to student curriculum ensuring authenticity and student engagement.
Art Program
Our Art Program, provides students the opportunity to explore various techniques and art media led by our Art Director. We then showcase a collection of Artwork at the end of the year Art Exhibition.
Reading Program
Our Reading Program is designed to improve and enhance the students reading experience at Country Day Montessori. It includes one on one and small group lessons by our Reading Director.
Writing Program
Writing is accelerated and refined in our extensive Writing Program. Led by our Penmanship Instructor, students have opportunity to develop and master penmanship skills in a small group environment.
Cultural Events
Understanding different cultures and history is essential to respecting oneself and others. We celebrate diversity and the celebration of different cultural events like International Peace Day, Dia de Los Muertos, Diwali, Fiesta, Lunar New Year, and More.
The Yard
With 4.5 acres of land to explore, we offer a welcoming and enticing environment to our students. Included items are a barnyard complete with goats and chickens, an outdoor track and basketball court, a butterfly greenhouse and garden, and lots of other outdoor treasures.
Quality Control
With over 50 years of experience, our Quality Control Trainer rotates our Montessori materials bimonthly, provoking student natural curiosity. Students and teachers are reinvigorated with more student engagement and learning opportunities.
